Why is my commission payment "Pending"?

Commissions are calculated and appear in the Commission Earnings section on the left side of your dashboard each Saturday at 12 AM MST. All earnings are then held in a “pending” status for 7 days and then released to your 7k Cash Account. In no scenario will commissions be released without a signed Associate Agreement, which can be found on the Commission Earnings page.
