What is shipment bundling, and how can I enable it?
Shipment bundling allows you to make multiple orders within a period of time and have these orders combined into a single shipment with the benefit of saving on shipping costs. Orders placed on a single account are added to your bundle for 30 days for domestic and 90 days for international shipments.
You can enable this feature within your Back Office by clicking on Orders on the left side of your dashboard. You will see the shipment bundle option, click Enable. Once enabled, AutoSavers will automatically be bundled, and all other orders will have the option to select " add to my bundle" at checkout.
Your first order in the bundled shipment will include a base rate charge of $12.99 for domestic and $19.99 for international. Each subsequent order within 30 days (90 days for international) of your initial bundled order will include a shipping charge of $2.99 for domestic or $3.99 for international per order. On your 30th day, your bundled order will be released and put in the queue for shipment.
Signature required, and additional insurance will automatically be provided for a cost of $7.00 on all bundles that have a combined order value of more than $500. This service and associated charge will also continue to apply to each individual order in excess of $500.
If you decide you want your shipment at any time before the end of the 30 day bundling cycle, click on your Order tab and Ship Now. If you elect to ship the bundle before the 30 days is up, and bundling is still enabled on your account, your next 30 day bundling cycle will begin automatically.
We only bundle shipments per account and not per household.
