What happens if someone in my downline becomes inactive?
Product Points generated in the Share Plan always flow up the 7k Personal Enrollee Genealogy without limit. If a Customer is inactive or canceled, they are ineligible to receive those points but all Active Customers remain unaffected.
New Customer Points generated in the Share Plan flow up five levels within their Active Personal Enrollee Group. If a Customer is within the five levels of the Personal Enrollee Group and becomes inactive or cancels their access, these individuals will be skipped and any New Customer Points will be allocated to the next Active Customer to ensure five levels.
