How do I transfer my 7k Cash funds to my bank account?
Follow along as we walk through how to transfer your 7k Cash funds into your bank account.
Once you have available funds to transfer, go to your 7k Cash account dashboard, which looks like this:
Select the small arrow on the right side of the Balance button, bringing up a drop-down menu. Choose the ‘Transfer to bank account’ function.
Give 7k permission to process this request.
Search for and select your financial institution.
Hit ‘Next’.
Log in to your financial institution account.
Carefully review the information on your screen.
Carefully review the information we will be accessing.
Choose which accounts you’d like to give 7k access to.
Review the information you’ve selected.
Enter the amount you’d like to submit from your 7k Cash account to your bank account and submit your request.
You’re done!
Keep in mind that all requests to transfer funds out of 7k Cash into your bank account are submitted by us to our financial institution the next business day. Your funds will most likely reach your account the day after we submit it, depending on your financial institution’s timeline for receiving ACH payments. (Note: There is a $5 fee for each request to move funds out of your 7k Cash account and into a bank account.)
