# How do I opt out of my AutoSaver™?

Login to your 7k **Back Office** account and select the **AutoSaver™** option on the left side of the dashboard.

Select  **Remove** on your monthly **AutoSaver™** option.

When you are ready to add an **AutoSaver™** back to your account, **select** one of the monthly **AutoSaver™** options and what **date** you want it sent to your doorstep!

_*Note: By removing the monthly AutoSaver™ you will no longer have access to the 7k Advantage savings program._
