Do I lose my points when I go inactive?
Not necessarily. Maintaining points requires that members are active in the Share Plan (compensation plan). A member's activity status is renewed each time they personally accumulate 15 points. All points will expire when a member has not met the minimum of 15 points within 45 days of their last activity date.
Members who have not met the required points will become inactive after 36 days and unable to earn commissions in our Share Plan. We allow nine additional days of "inactivity" as a grace period before points expire.
A member's inactive status only affects their ability to participate in the Share Plan. Still, it does not affect their ability to take advantage of other member benefits, such as purchasing products, soundmoney® wallet, 7k health plans, gold savings account, etc.
