Do I have to pay every month for stuff I don't want?

No. As a Member, you are never required to make another purchase if you don't want to. However, we have incredible Member Benefits and different levels of participation. Some of these extra benefits, including earning commissions inside of our Share Plan (compensation plan), will require monthly purchases.
